James Reynolds Obituary
Memorial service for James C. Reynolds, 77, Palm Coast, who died Friday, April 8, 2005, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 19, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Palm Coast. Inurnment will be at a later date in the family plot in Pennsylvania. Mr. Reynolds was past vice president of Pennsylvania Club, past treasurer of Computer Club, and a member of Man-to-Man and Cancer Support Group. He was an associate professor of instructional media and technology at the University of Connecticut. He served for two years in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Johnson DD821. For three years he served as an officer attached to squadron VS24. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Haverford College, Pennsylvania, and his master's and doctoral degrees from Indiana University, Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Reynolds; two sons, David Reynolds, Wyoming, and Timothy Reynolds, Connecticut; daughter, Karen Reynolds, Connecticut; and two grandchildren, Cameron and Olivia. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129, or St. Thomas Episcopal Church Building Fund, 5400 Belle Terre Pkwy., Palm Coast, FL 32137.
